Cozinhe a abóbora
Refogue a cebola
Cozinhe a quinoa
Amasse a abóbora igual purê
Misture a abóbora com a cebola refogada
Acrescente a quinoa e os temperos
Asse por 30 minutos no forno a 180ºC
